The Integrated Management for Projects. A method for systemic management of university processes

It is proposed a theoretical and methodological conception on the application of the Integrated Management by Projects for the systemic management of the university processes. Training was assumed as base process and evaluation as support, and concepts were introduced such as application scenarios, integration levels and management structure for the project conception. Some new contributions are revealed in the conceptions of the link among the processes: formation, research and extension, with a systemic vision that generates own nuances for the conception of management in the university context. The use of this method makes possible optimizing resources, makes processes more efficient, achieves relevance in the context of local development and trains competent professionals.
