Zusammenfassung: | This article addresses the current problem between the training of research skills of the university teacher and Information and Communication Technologies as technological resources, viable for scientific research, as a function to fulfill in the pedagogical professional performance. Its objective is to present a pedagogical strategy for the formation of research competence mediated by ICT, from an approach of techno-pedagogical problematization in the context of the process of permanent professional formation of the teacher of Higher Education. A qualitative methodology was used with the application of theoretical methods. The strategy is formed by training actions and procedures that contribute to enhance and improve the quality of the research activity of university teachers. |
