Zusammenfassung: | Today's higher education demands qualified teachers to guide and facilitate the development of university processes demanded by the 21st century. On the one hand, the opening to scientific and technological development, participation with students in the search for solutions to social problems, and an increasing involvement in processes of reflection and dialogue, allowing them to interpret and guide the experiences of their students and build a life project together. These are just some of the topics that are needed in this work, based on a study of the needs of the professional pedagogical activity of the university teacher. The work was developed in the context of the Ecuadorian universities in particular the Technical University of Babahoyo. |
