Zusammenfassung:The increase of orality in legal processes has influenced the process of training professionals in the Faculties of Law; in this sense, with the purpose of its improvement, a pedagogical strategy was developed, whose effectiveness was proved by the development of a research that followed a predominantly qualitative approach, based on the Semiotic approach to communication and Constructivist Pedagogy. The comparison of the results obtained when evaluating the development of the oral communication before and after the pedagogical intervention, demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposal and the need that from the first levels of the law career, the students become aware of the achievements and limitations that they present in this sense.
