Victimology as threshold of the current protagonism of the victim in the accusatory, adversarial and oral criminal process

Victimology as a science studies in criminal matters the victims of a fact that the law indicates as a crime or known as an illegal conduct, in which they perceive an injury in their interests and rights produced by the victimizer in the processes of victimization and revictimization. In the present paper an approach of the protagonism of the victim is made in the accusatory, adversarial and oral criminal process.
