Management of resources of the MySMEs for Business Sustainability

The present research is based on analyzing important aspects in the sustainability of the Microenterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises, through the generation of ideas and strategies that encourage their enterprises. In the result, the behavior of the sustainability of the management of the internal and external resources of the business was considered, the methodology used in the inquiry is qualitative-quantitative of non-experimental, descriptive and historical type. The study was obtained from direct surveys applied to 240 MiPYMES from the city of Guaranda, Province Bolívar, and for the validation of the questionnaire the internal consistency method of Alpha de Cronbach was used, as the descriptive analysis of the variables under study.
