Proposal of a guide for the preliminary self-evaluation of the teaching collectives according to the constitution and development of the academic bodies in the Institutions of Higher Education

A guide is proposed for the self-evaluation of the academic bodies in formation that allows to encourage and promote their growth in their individual and collective meaning, as well as the generation of self-development tools for them. It has been based on the theoretical opinions of the scholars of the subject, as well as on the review carried out by a group of experts in the activities that concern the formation of these bodies.
