Zusammenfassung:Nowadays demand is increasing at a rapid ratio wherein the importance of renewable energy sources comes into picture. Among the different sources of renewable energy, energy from solar cells paves its way as it is considered as best inception. But one drawback of solar energy source is that it is not available during night time which leads to combination of some other sources with solar energy source that makes the system more reliable and efficient. In this paper, solar energy system is combined with Diesel energy system to supply the load when the energy obtained from solar is inadequate to meet the essential load. The backup source used here is Battery Energy Storage system (BESS). The combination of PV-battery-diesel is connected to grid in order to supply the required power demand.
