Zusammenfassung:	Sorry, there is no abstract. Read the first few lines of the text instead! This is a 15-year-old female in 9th grade who presented with a 3-week history of progressive headaches and occasional morning vomiting. The headache was most intense in the morning with no waking during the night. She had increased headache with cough, sneeze, strain, or sudden movement. Patient developed diplopia on the same day that the CT scan was done, which was 2/11/98.
