Zusammenfassung: | DBU-catalyzed fixation of gaseous carbon dioxide to organic and polymeric compounds is completed in a few minutes at an atmospheric pressure and temperature. The CO2-fixation to propargylamines and their polymers that have a pyridine group in dimethyl sulfoxide proceeded to give the corresponding oxazolidinone and polyoxazolidinone in 100% conversion. The fixation was very efficient and was completed in 48 h, even under air. The present CO2-fixation is characterized by a high speed and efficient reaction, without metal catalysis. |
