Zusammenfassung: | We have investigated the effects of the addition of homopolymers on the microdomain structures in thin films of polystyrene-block-polymethylmethacrylate (PS-b-PMMA) blockcopolymer/homopolymers (polystyrene and/or polymethylmethacrylate) blends by using grazing-incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GI-SAXS). The scattering patterns of the thin films of all samples indicated that lamellar structures, oriented perpendicularly to the film surface, were formed. The application of Hosemann plots to the in-plane scattering profiles of the thin films clarified that the addition of the homopolymers interfered with the long-range order of the microdomain structures. |
