Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this article is to analyze the concepts introduced by K. Marx and V.I. Lenin, who gave their own ideas about a person 's role in society. K. Marx was one of the first scientists, who revealed the nature of human rights and divided human and citizen rights. V.I. Lenin considered that K. Marx and F. Engels have the greatest merit because of their views on current socioeconomic structure and their infinitely various actions. He created the system where a person has lost his/her individuality becoming a part of a group. He/she had to play a role according to the system of industrial relations, working environment, own living conditions and interests defined by these conditions. Social classes were shaping society development. However, such system contradicts the standard concept of human rights and personal freedoms because it turns out to be in line with violence over the person, as class development aspires to turn all people into grey mass.
