Zusammenfassung:The nickel graphite abradable sealant coating was prepared by ordinary atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) and supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying (SAPS), and the lubrication phase size was compared. Mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and erosion and wear resistance. The results show that the graphite lubricant phase in the coating prepared by SAPS is smaller than the APS coating; the bonding strength of the SAPS coating (22.3 ± 1.4) MPa and the surface Rockwell hardness (87 ± 0.8) HR15Y ratio APS coating The layers were 22.5 % and 20.8% higher respectively; the relative erosion rates of APS coatings at 30° angle of attack and 90° angle of attack were 7% and 13% higher than those of SAPS coating, respectively, indicating that the SAPS coating has excellent erosion resistance. The APS coating; APS coating and SAPS coating have obvious electrochemical corrosion in the high temperature acetic acid environment at 250 °C, but the corrosion resistance of SAPS coating is better than APS coating.
