Zusammenfassung: | We developed voice navigation system based on a smartphone for visually impaired people. This system realized high level localization accuracy that has only 1-2 meters average error using PDR and BLE beacons, and timely voice guidance. We conducted user evaluation test with 10 blind and visually impaired people in order to assess use of this system. In this test, they walked in-and-outdoor routes with using this navigation. We evaluated precision of the voice navigation system and clarify the necessary function for their travel using voice guidance. |
