Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes a new splicing exposure solution of large‐size metal mesh touch panel using ultra‐fine mesh and alignment mark counterpoint method, and researches its optical performance. In contrast to the traditional splicing exposure solution using thick mesh and mechanical alignment mode, the new splicing exposure solution has better mesh instability performance and stably better moire performance. In addition, as each shot location has an offset compared with its initial design, ultra‐fine mesh results in finer mesh in splicing area, and eventually leads to splicing mura. And this paper has found that the key factor of metal mesh mura is the design of blade space and block. When the blade space is 4mm and the block is widened by 16um each side than the normal mesh, the splicing exposure will have a perfect mura performance. |
