Zusammenfassung:In this work, we report all‐inkjet‐printed deep red quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs) for achieving large‐scale and pixelated QLED display. The devices exhibit a current efficiency of 6.44 cd/A at the luminance of 1000 cd/m2 which is the best result to date for inkjet‐printed red QLEDs. This high efficiency results from uniform HIL/HTL/QDs/ZnO films via suppressing coffee ring effect and a positive aging effect which means the efficiency increased with time.
