Zusammenfassung:Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) are an effective treatment to prevent sudden cardiac death; however, lead dysfunction is an important complication during the long-term follow-up period in ICD recipients. Careful device programming is required in accordance with the individual situation in patients with lead dysfunction. We herein present a patient in whom programming to AAI triggered palpitations during exercise.
