Zusammenfassung:Sources of risks in water basins and consequences of their formation for environment and ichthyofauna were detected. Conceptual foundations of environmental-economic and social science 'riskology' are developed. During the research, ichthyological studies and results of fish surveys monitoring were used: wintering grounds of the hydrographic network of the lowland part of Ukraine including Dnieper R. basin in the middle part: Trubizh, Udaj; channel reservoirs: Khrinnytske (Styr R.), Mlynivske (Ikva R.); Goryn, Sluch, Basivkutske on the Ustia R. (the right tributary of the Goryn R.); Shatsky lakes in the Prypyat R. basin. A concept of formation of risks in aquatic ecosystems of natural and anthropogenic origin has been examined. The necessity for the advance of such a research area as 'riskology' in the development of the noospherology (a science on harmonization of nature management under current conditions), with the possibility of predicting consequences to the environment from human activities is justified.
