Annual Survey of Periodical Literature

The Sixteenth Annual Survey of Periodical Literature covers the period from approximately Nov 1, 2002 to Nov 1, 2003. As always, it is not intended to be encyclopedic and no hidden messages are being sent by the inclusion or exclusion of any particular article. It is designed to provide a substantial sampling and brief description of the family law literature during the relevant time period, which might be of interest to bench, bar and academia. While most articles reported on were written for a national audience, some state-specific articles are included because their subjects may be of broader interest.
