Zusammenfassung:The biostability of biofuel has been studied. It has been found that pure biodiesel is fully affected by microorganisms already by the second day. It has been shown that introducing 1-furyl-2-nitroethene at an optimum concentration of 0.1–0.3% into the biofuel provides its full and long-term protection against microbiological deterioration. It has been found that 1-furyl-2-nitroethene at the optimum concentration has no effect on the main physicochemical properties and performance characteristics of biofuel.
