Zusammenfassung: | In order to evaluate the feasibility that the three raw materials of lake sediment, clay, liriodendron were mixed for producing ceramsite and examine their sintering characteristics, the specific surface area, pore size distribution, bulk and apparent density were chosen as the study object. The results showed that at the lower preheating and sintering temperatures and duration, many small pores were formed in the inner of the ceramsites, while at the higher preheating and sintering temperatures and duration, small pores started melting to form larger pores resulting in the decline of the specific surface area and the increase of the bulk and apparent density. As the lake sediments decreased, the specific surface area of the ceramsites also declined and the bulk and apparent density increased, while as the amount of the liriodendron rose, the specific surface area would also increase and the bulk and apparent density decrease. In addition, the influence for the increase of the organic matters was greater than the influence for the decline of the preheating and sintering temperatures and duration. |
