Zusammenfassung:	A series of novel azomethine derivatives of benzo-18-crown-6, benzo-15-crown-5, and aniline as well as their complexes with copper(II) acetate have been synthesized. Using the MTT assay, the antitumor activity of the obtained compounds has been determined. The effect of individual structural elements on the antitumor activity of the whole compound has been assessed.
