Zusammenfassung:The MPF-NiMoS catalyst prepared in situ by decomposition of the thio salt [N( n -Bu) 4 ] 2 [Ni(MoS 4 ) 2 ] in pores of an ordered mesoporous phenol-formaldehyde polymer was tested in hydroprocessing of vacuum gas oil in a batch reactor at 380–420°C and a pressure of 5.0 MPa for 5 h. The mean length of sulfide nanoparticles is 4.2 nm, and the mean number of layers is 2. The fraction of lighter products and the degree of desulfurization increase with temperature.
