Zusammenfassung: | This article presents an exploration of teachers’ attitude towards technology survey scales from multiple studies. It presents a review of literature on the development of survey scales. Eleven survey scales were collected and assessed on the kind of constructs used to define attitude as well as the content representativeness items carry in explaining the construct. Enjoyment, confidence, anxiety and teachers position towards technology integration were the most common constructs. The number and span of items across constructs differed depending on the focus of the study with some having very few items. We concluded that appropriate construct uses as guided by previous research, and representativeness items carry for each construct are important for effective interpretation and operationalization of attitude as a construct. |
