Zusammenfassung:Clinical Information Patient Initials or Identifier Number Mr. LBHRelevant Clinical History and Physical Exam 72 years old, gentleman, smoker, background history of hypertension & old ischemic stroke. Manage to deliver & stent the mid LAD with SIROFLEX DES 2.5 x 13 mm. Proximal to ostial LAD was stented with Ultimaster DES 3.0 x 24 mm & BIOMATRIX 3.5 x 9 mm.Conclusions Stent dislodgement in the coronary arteries is a rare but potentially fatal complication of PCI. Different retrieval techniques of dislodged stents have previously been reported with high success rate but all of them are time-consuming, so as not quite useful in a hemodynamically unstable patient with compromised coronary artery blood flow.
