Cross-ethnic family differences: Interactional assessment of white, blac, and Mexican-American families

Observational ratings of family interactions using the Beavers Interactional Scales were used to compare interactional qualities of 89 white, 79 black and 18 Mexican-American families. There were no significant competence or style differences between groups.
