Zusammenfassung: | For ages over 12 years, the value of EBV > 390 ml was considered as normal. - the presence of risk factors: urinary infection, constipation, inflammation of external genital organs, intestinal parazitosis [4] - echographic parameters: thickness of the bladder wall (BWT), the post-mictional bladder residue (RMP). The most frequent risk factors identified in the studied group of children were urinary tract infections (ITU) and local inflammations of the external genital organs (Vulvitis in girls or Balanoposty in boys) (Table 2). The changed pattern of pediatric uroflows into the "in the bell" normal pattern identified in 3 patients responsive to treatment will be discussed in the following: - A patient aged 7 years with hyperactivity clinical syndrome HAV, responsive within 3 months after a combined UT + AC + Head treatment - A patient aged 6 years with clinical syndrome HAV, responsive within 3 months to a combined UT + AC + Head treatment - A 10-year-old patient with a hypersensitive bladder a frigore associating giggle incontinency and urinary tract infections ITU recidive, responsive within 3 months to a combined head + AC + KT treatment 4. |
