Aim: The present study aimed at studying the effect of three yoga on depression and glycemic control in type 2 DM patients. Methods: Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama, Kati Chakrasana and Vakrasana were taught to the recruited participants and clinical characteristic were measured at baseline, visit 1 and visit 2.
