Zusammenfassung:Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a predominant source of morbidity in India. The incidence of depression is found to be increased among type 2 DM patients that makes the glycemic control as an exhaustive task and also leads to increasing the risk of diabetes induced complications. Aim: The present study aimed at studying the effect of three yoga on depression and glycemic control in type 2 DM patients. Methods: Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama, Kati Chakrasana and Vakrasana were taught to the recruited participants and clinical characteristic were measured at baseline, visit 1 and visit 2.
