The oxides were deposited on the surface of powder by the SiC method of coprecipitation from a solution of salts. The maximum density (ρ
rel
= 99.5%) was attained on SiC materials which include 20% (by weight) sintering additives consisting of a three-component oxide mixture at temperature 1800°C. |
