Zusammenfassung:The National Planting Structure Adjustment Program (2016-2020) clearly states that the cultivation area of peanut in the Huang-Huai-Hai region should be increased appropriately to ensure the supply security of edible vegetable oil in China. [...]breeding new high-yield, high-oil and multi-resistance peanut varieties that are suitable for planting in double cropping area is the top priority of peanut breeding work to meet the production needs. The harm of web blotch is as serious as brown spot[3]. [...]breeding web blotch-resistant variety is the main target. The main properties and characteristics of Shanghua 511 were as follows: growth period of about 123 d, main stem height of 45.4 cm, lateral branch length of 50.6 cm, fruiting branch number of 7.4, green, oval and meddle-large leaves, obvious fruit split, fine and deep lines, 100-fruit weight of 250.8 g, plump kernel percentage of 79.5% , oval kernels, pink seed coat, light yellow inner seed coat, 100-kernel weight of 99.7 g, kernel rate of 71.3%, protein content of 19.18%, crude fat content of 56.62%, oleic acid content of 44.9%, linoleic acid content of 33.4%, and oleic/linoleic acid (O/L) ratio of 1.34.
