[...]the inhibitory effect of ultrasonic wave on Microcystis is not only reflected by the simple physical sedimentation effect, but also means a complicated slow physiological and biochemical process. [...]there were few reports on the molecular stress response of Microcystis to short-time ultrasonic stress, and very few reports on the influence mechanism of shorttime ultrasonic wave on the expression of Microcystis proteins, which retards the development of ultrasonic algae removal technique.
