Zusammenfassung:	This article presents design of TEM‐horn with nonuniform law of wave resistance variation along longitudinal axis, in aperture of which an artificial dielectric lens is located. Characteristics of developed antenna in ultra wide frequency band, obtained during mathematical modeling and confirmed by results of experimental study, are presented.
