Zusammenfassung: | A survey of Malaysian, American and European higher education institutions (HEI) has been conducted to find out essential information about their use of TQM in terms of: the extent of TQM implementation, the driving factors for adopting TQM, the barriers to implementation, how the TQM process is evaluated, what critical success factors influence TQM results. Not all HEIs in Malaysia practice TQM. Their definitions of quality vary. Several HEIs do not intend to implement TQM in future. |
