Africa, East Asia, Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia (IOSEA), Mediterranean, Pacific Islands/Oceania; Latin America (RETOMALA), and the 28th Annual Japanese Sea Turtle Symposium. Besides these workshops and regional meetings, the IUCN Marine Turtle Specialist Group (MTSG) was also held as a side meeting in the Tuesday evening. [...]with the aim to promote networking and communication among students and other symposium participants, and also enhance their participation in the Society, a Student Social Mixer was held on the Tuesday evening.
