The Diet Quality of Americans: Strong Link With Nutrition Knowledge

The recently released report, "The Healthy Eating Index: 1994-96," reveals that although Americans' overall diet quality has improved slightly in the last decade, it still needs much improvement. Certain segments of the population tend to have lower quality diets.
