Concluding remarks--Corporate citizenship in the new millennium: Foundation for an architecture of excellence

This paper examines how cross-sectoral partnership citizenship activities contribute to business excellence. The ideals of citizenship are discussed, and what these ideals mean for the business firm are examined. A process model for implementing corporate citizenship initiatives is presented.
