Zusammenfassung: | When I took over as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of African American Public Policy in the fall of 2012, I wanted to see the journal surpass all other student-run publications at the Harvard Kennedy School. Mary Elizabeth Taylor offers an opportunity to explore important bipartisan possibilities for dealing with poverty from a national policy level, specifically targeting Black Americans affected by the 2008 economic crisis. |
