Nuclear Microprobe in the Study of Metal-Ceramic Beryllium

A study of samples of metal-ceramic beryllium using atomic force microscopy and nuclear scanning probe microscopy is carried out. Images of the surface at different scale levels are obtained (5 × 5 μm, 10 × 10 μm, 30 × 30 μm, and 90 × 90 μm); structural analysis of the samples is performed. By examp...

Zusammenfassung:A study of samples of metal-ceramic beryllium using atomic force microscopy and nuclear scanning probe microscopy is carried out. Images of the surface at different scale levels are obtained (5 × 5 μm, 10 × 10 μm, 30 × 30 μm, and 90 × 90 μm); structural analysis of the samples is performed. By example of processing RBS spectra of beryllium samples, a fragment of studies on the implementation of the algorithm for obtaining two-dimensional maps and 3D images at different scale levels for one set of experimental data is presented. A multilevel approach to the evaluation of the material structure is demonstrated by example of beryllium as a modern dispersion-strengthened alloy.
