Evaluation of inhibitory effect of coptisine on protein kinase C activity using a RI detection-assisted biochip
In this study, a radioisotope (RI) detection-assisted biochip was developed for the evaluation of the inhibitory effects of natural products on protein kinase C (PKC) activity. It was shown that PKC activity was inhibited by coptisine in dose-dependent manner. These findings suggest that the RI dete...

Zusammenfassung: | In this study, a radioisotope (RI) detection-assisted biochip was developed for the evaluation of the inhibitory effects of natural products on protein kinase C (PKC) activity. It was shown that PKC activity was inhibited by coptisine in dose-dependent manner. These findings suggest that the RI detection-assisted protein biochip should be applicable to high throughput screening for kinase inhibitors. It was found that coptisine shows inhibitory effect on PKC, and that the biochip can be used to rapidly screen kinase inhibitors of therapeutic agents. |
