Zusammenfassung: | In this work, nanostructured aluminosilicate fibers are prepared by submitting poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) electrospun fibers containing sol‐gel derived aluminosilicate nanoparticles to a calcination treatment. The prepared materials are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), x‐ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal analyses (DSC and TGA). The calcination of hybrid electrospun PEG fibers containing 20 wt% of nanoparticles generated well‐defined high‐surface area aluminosilicate fibers containing residual carbon. The production of nanostructured aluminosilicate fibers displaying high porosity and residual carbon can improve the performance of catalysts and membranes. |
