Zusammenfassung:The low-frequency magnetic field in the welding process is mainly distributed around the welding power source and the welding cables. The strength of the magnetic field around the welding cable is stronger than that around the welding machine, which has greater radiation towards operators. In this paper, the mechanism of the magnetic field around the output cable of two typical DC welding power sources is analyzed. The characteristics of the magnetic field around the cable are analyzed through experiment. It is found that the magnetic field frequency around the welding cable is determined by the circuit topology of the welding power source. If welding power source is different, the magnetic field around the cable is different. When the value of output current is the same, the magnetic field around the output cable of different welding machine has different influence on the human body.
