High-Resolution and Accurate Mass Analysis of Xenobiotics in Food

A point system and high-resolution MS can be used to identify pesticides and other inappropriate substances in food. The basic premise is that a correct identification by MS requires 3 points for permitted substances and 4 points for banned substances.
