(13)C dynamic nuclear polarization: A detector for continuous-flow, on-line chromatography

A successful experiment in which liquid chromatography was coupled with 13C NMR on-line using a solid-liquid intermolecular transfer technqiue for dynamic nuclear polarization of compounds separated by liquid chromatography is described.
