On-line microreactors/capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry for the analysis of proteins and peptides

The use of trypsin and carboxypeptidase Y-modified capillary microreactors in combination with mass spectrometry for the peptide molecular mass mapping of various peptides and proteins is described.
