Thermal degradation of a thermolabile Serratia marcescens nuclease using capillary electrophoresis with stacking conditions

When a Serratia marcescens nuclease was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis under stacking conditions, several peaks in addition to the nuclease peak emerged at increasing applied voltages in the electropherogram.
