Poly(vinyl alcohol) as Solid Substrate Material for Room-Temperature Phosphorimetry

The preparation of a moisture- and oxygen-insensitive room-temperature phosphorescence solid substrate by using poly(vinyl alcohol) mixed with a small amount of cellulose is described.
