Zusammenfassung:A new radio system that deterministically uses reflection waves is proposed. This system transfers data on the rotating polarization wave (RPW), which rotates the polarization at enough lower frequency than that of propagation to digitally control it. The receiver discriminating a deterministic reflection wave of the RPW by selecting the polarization that the transmitter uses achieves good nonline‐of‐sight communication quality.
