Zusammenfassung:	This article presents, to the best of our knowledge, the study, software simulation and fabrication of a biconical antenna with a lightning protection system operating in a wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 3 GHz. The purpose of this system is to provide protection against atmospheric electric discharge in regions with a high incidence of lightning.
