Tourism and Hospitality on the Edge: A Report of the 12th International Research Conference of the Council for Australian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE)

"Tourism and Hospitality on the Edge" was the theme of the 12th Australian Tourism and Hospitality Research Conference, an annual event convened by the Council for Australian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE). The 2002 (February 6-9) CAUTHE conference was held in Fremantle, Western Australia, and was jointly organized and hosted by three Western Australian universities. The successful event was once more a reflection of a continuous growth in academic tourism and hospitality research.
