Zusammenfassung: | Passive Fourier Transform Infrared (FTm) spectroscopy has the advantages of remote operation, on-line analysis and no need for infrared light source. Based on this technology, the related theory of calculation of high temperature carbon monoxide (CO) gas concentration in the combustion process of passive telemetry rolling furnace is analyzed. And method. For the radiation spectrum measurement of heating furnace containing two layers of homogeneous infrared radiation transmission medium, the method of using the outer wall temperature control of the furnace to change the background infrared radiation to obtain the characteristic spectrum of CO in the furnace is proposed. Based on the combustion in the rolling process The CO concentration simulation calculation and analysis were carried out in the working conditions. The influence of CO temperature measurement error on the measurement concentration inversion accuracy was discussed. The reference data and technical scheme were provided for the practical applicati |
